City Classic Rental Cars & Country Store is honored to be a part of your special event. Whether it's a wedding, a film production, or a unique celebration, we strive to make every moment unforgettable with our classic cars. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please review the following rental terms and conditions:
 

1. Reservation & Payment – A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your date. This deposit must be received within 30 days of your event; otherwise, full payment is required to confirm your reservation.

2. Final Payment – The full balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the event. Failure to complete payment by the deadline may result in cancellation without a refund.

3. Cancellations & Refunds – If you need to cancel, written notice must be provided at least 14 days before the event to receive a refund, minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable.

4. Additional Time & Fees – Rental prices are subject to change based on mileage or overtime. Any additional time will be billed in 2-hour increments and must be paid on the event day unless otherwise agreed.

5. Liability & Damages – The renter is responsible for any damages to the vehicle’s exterior or interior caused by the renter or their guests. Any repair costs must be paid within seven days of receiving the damage estimate.

6. Weather & Safety Policy – In cases of severe weather, City Classic Rental Cars reserves the right to cancel or reschedule rentals for safety reasons. If we cancel due to weather, 50% of the rental cost is refundable within 30 days, or the renter may reschedule within a 60-day window.

7. Route & Destination Restrictions – Vehicles will only travel between pre-approved destinations listed in the rental agreement. Unscheduled stops are not permitted, and all pickup and drop-off locations must be confirmed in advance.

8. Driver Authority & Professionalism – Our professional drivers remain with the vehicle at all times. Any unsafe, illegal, or irresponsible behavior from passengers, including the possession of illegal substances, will result in immediate termination of service without a refund.

9. Vehicle Use & Decoration – Any decorations or modifications to the vehicle require prior approval. The renter must provide detailed instructions and directions before departure to ensure a seamless experience.

10. Vehicle Availability & Substitutions – While all vehicles are well-maintained, classic cars may experience mechanical issues. If the reserved vehicle becomes unavailable, a comparable or upgraded vehicle will be provided.

Gratuity – Our drivers are dedicated to providing excellent service. While gratuity is not mandatory, an 18% gratuity is recommended for outstanding service and can be added to your final balance. A gratuity payment is due within the first two hours of a four-hour event block.
